Wrong subscription date

Is it possible that these subscribers have been imported with these dates or subscribed on May 31st indeed?

I actually see a sending test email sent from your account on May 31st so the plugin has already been active back then.

That’s not possible because the plugin was activated 2 days before my ticket, around beginning of July

If you activated the plugin before, did some tests, then disabled the plugin, all data will still be there.
