wrong status (pending) of sended Mails

Hi,
I have the following problem:
All Mails from Users wich Userrole is not Admin, allways have the status ‘pending’. But the Settings on ‘Message’ are “Default Post Status: publish”.
Sins the last update it seems to doesn’t work anymore.

Here is the post confirmation email:

Your email ‘****’ has been successfully imported into **** with the current status of ‘pending’.
