    We noticed that we are getting the wrong status for some orders.
    Sometimes the order is completed in WooCommerce but in Mollie it is showing that the payment has failed/cancelled. How do we solve this?

  • Same problem here. I have updated Mollie plugin and hope it is fixed. Not handy!

    Hi @colorito & @pascal77,

    Are you both using the latest version 7.1.0?

    When the order status does not change after the payment, there is usually an issue with the webhooks.
    Does this behavior persist for you when you disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and Mollie or try it with a previous version, such as 7.0.2?

    We would also be interested in a copy of your latest Mollie log files and your system report.
