Hi @sabizaha thanks for opening a support topic with us. As you have mentioned that you are using Google Ads, could you please confirm if you are using the consent mode option within Site Kit? I can see a mention of this in your source code so it looks like you are but if you could confirm that would be great.

I can also see that you do have a consent banner on your site. If consent mode is enabled for your site then you will need to ensure that the steps in our guide have been followed. If these steps haven’t been followed or your configuration for consent mode isn’t correct, EMEA and UK visits to your site will not be tracked.

I’d also be happy to check your site setup if you’d be happy to share your?Site Health information. You can use?this form?to share privately if preferred.

Once you have followed the steps in the guide, you can check if visits are being tracked to your site by opening an Incognito browser, navigating to your site as a visitor without logging in and then checking if you see a site visit recorded in your realtime data Analytics report.

Yes please! I have also the site:?globalinfluence.gr. Is there necessary to insert the consent mode, because I already have consent from google adsense??

@sabizaha If you are using Site Kit on that site then I would suggest using the Site Kit consent mode feature yes. If you do then you can switch off the AdSense consent mode option as the Site Kit configuration will be all you need to be compliant.

Though the problem seemed resolved, now I have some traffic, but it must be less than it is. I have made all the steps and site kit tells me I am ok. So, I don’t know what is the problem.

@sabizaha If you have followed the steps for consent mode and you are still seeing inconsistencies in your Analytics data, I would suggest at this stage checking out the Analytics Help Center. You can ask a question here about your Analytics and someone should be able to help point out why you are seeing these inconsistencies.

ii have a problem with my analysis. It shows me less of the data I get, I do have more than a thousand engagements but when I go to my realtime I 3, 4 or maybe 5 people on my site

Me too!! I sent a message to Google but the problem hasn’t been solved with the directions they gave me.

@footballheadquarters Your realtime data will differ from your total report data. The realtime report gives you the number of users during the last 30 minutes (per minute). Whereas your other reports or Site Kit reports give you the number of users during a longer period i.e. 7, 14, 30, 90 days.

As suggested above, the?Analytics Help Center is the best place for any further Analytics data questions.
