Wrong snippet: shows a brand appended to almost all indexed pages

Hi SEO friends,
I have a problem displaying the snippets in Google and I think it can be caused by Yoast SEO plugin.
Many results (as you can see with the command site:www.nutrisupermarket.com) after the separator, show the name of a brand (- Nutrition Labs) instead of what is actually written in the appropriate SEO field.
This problem is related to home page, pages, product categories and also products themselves.

Any advice is more than welcome!
