Wrong size first (product) image

Hi,

I’ve tried installing the plugin and it seems to work fine apart from the first image in the gallery slider appears to be a hard coded element which doesn’t allow CSS override on sizing. I want it to be the same size as the other images (125px) but it seems to be 100px sq.
I tried to delete the 100×100 image, but now i have a broken link?
Slider sizing seems to be ok on mobile at first glance.

I’ve also just noticed that the main image sizes seem to also alter depending in which image is selected.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
