Wrong Shortcode for Messages

[woocommerce_messages] is for old versions of WooCommerce!

Well I have a new one (installed last week) and I am experiencing this issue as described above.

I believe you. I just wanted to bring on record what happened to me. If it works for everyone else – fine.

It is a free plugin and you are the author. So you have to decide what to do with the information I offered. I offered it not to complain but to support you!

Cool, but at the WooCommerce code should work the two shortcodes, so it’s all right ??

Yup I can confirm as of right now on a new site Im currently building, that the woocommerce_shop_messages shortcode does not work for me, but woocommerce_messages does.

I’m glad I found this thread. The woocommerce docs don’t even include this in the list of “included shortcodes.”

Using a brand new install of wordpress, woo canvas theme, woocommerce & woocommerce shortcodes. All fresh downloads about a week ago.

Just FYI as the ladder works fine.
