• The Shipping Address State for orders outside of California is populating as being from CA, and customers are being charged sales tax. For example an order whose billing address was Plato, MN 55370, had their Shipping address changed to Plato, CA 55370 in the order confirmation email. This is causing confusion for customers who have to call and ensure we don’t ship to an incorrect address.

    @mlnewco1, that is odd behavior for sure, and we don’t have any other reports of it. Do you have any other plugins on your site that could be interfering with the shipping address at all? Is this happening with Express Checkout, Payments Pro, or both?

    This is occurring with PayPal Express Checkout.

    How do I export the logs from the plugin to include with my support ticket?

    That’s, odd though,Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > PayPal_express
    Copy that into a file and the attach with your support ticket for our review.
