    Hello,

I’m using Flexible Shipping on a multilanguage and multicurrency site (WPML). I set up 2 shipping zones through Flexible Shipping.

    These are:
Sweden: shipping fee 120 SEK, free over 600 SEK
Rest of the world: shipping fee 15 €, free over 60 €

All the settings are based on the main currency which is Euro, but swedish customers are served with prices in their currency (SEK) that are converted from Euro at the conversion rate determined in WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency. So in the Flexible Shipping setup for Sweden I put the values in Euro that determine the correct value in SEK after the conversion.

    Everything works fine if:
    – the cart total is lower than 600 SEK, the 150 SEK fee is applied.
    – the cart total is greater than 600 SEK, free shipping is applied.

The problem arises when the cart total is less than 600 SEK and I update the cart adding more units of the same product in order to exceed the 600 SEK limit.

In this case a “random” 120 SEK fee is added.

If I refresh the page using the browser refresh button the fee disappears and free shipping is correctly applied. Same thing if proceed to checkout page: the wrong fee disappears and free shipping is correctly applied.

Can you please help with this?

    Thank you

    Hi,

thanks for the screenshots. Everything looks good.

What is in the Dynamic Shipping tab? Is this a different plugin? Can you deactivate this plugin for testing?

    Best regards

    Hi Grzegorz,

the Dynamic Shipping tab comes from the plugin Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce that we use to set up some discounts based on quantity. There are no settings related to shipping.

I disabled this plugin but the behaviour described above is still the same.

I leave it disabled for you to have a look if you want.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    I can’t reproduce it.
Can you disable all other plugins and switch to a different theme – maybe there is some custom code in function.php in the theme.

    Hello,

    I’m doing some testing.

I deactivated all plugins except the required ones:
    – Elementor
    – Elementor PRO
    – WooCommerce
    – WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency
    – WPML
    – Flexible Shipping

Nothing changes and the problem persists (even disabling Elementor PRO too).

Then, with only those plugins enabled, I tried switching to different themes.

I’m using a child theme of a commercial theme (I don’t know if I can mention it here) with some customizations, so:

    1. I switched to the parent theme -> Nothing changes and the problem persists.
    2. I switched to Storefront theme (it’s made by WooCommerce developers, so I think it’s good for testing) -> Nothing changes and the problem persists.
    3. I switched to Twenty Twenty-Three -> The problem disappears.

At this point I think it can be a theme issue, but I don’t know where to look to solve it. Moreover, I find it strange that the issue persists with different themes (so the problem is not specific to my theme).

    Do you have any hint?

Maybe there are some mu-plugins with custom code?

    Thread Starter valekichia

    (@valekichia)

I don’t think there are any. There is no wp-content/mu-plugins directory…

Thank you! I’m trying to contact you from the support form at the link you provided, but I don’t have an active subscription and if I click on “resubscribe?if you do not own a valid subscription at the moment” there is only the login option. How can I do?
