    Hello,

    Yes it’s happened for all customers in the list (except those who have paid, who have discount coupons and are linked to specific geographic areas).
    I try a new test this morning, and the delivery fees is 6 euros and a few INSTEAD 5.50.

    Besides, i didn’t receive any mail is it normal ?

    I’ve got another plugin which called Retainful which has the same feature but it’s deactivated, and I ask them they said “Retainful will not cause any conflict with other plugins”.

    Hello @jmat75,

    If you have abandonded the cart already, then delete it and try again to abandon the cart.
    Regarding the shipping value issue, it should not happen as the plugin uses the default shipping functions to get the shipping details.

    It must be a plugin conflict. Can you please deactivate all plugins except the
    Woocommerce, cart abandonment, SMTP & check if the issue resolved by abandoning the cart with your email.

    Ok if I delete your plugin and i try again I will lose the settings ?

    Hello @jmat75,

    You will not lose the settings after the deletion of a plugin, but make sure that you have disabled the ‘ Delete Plugin data’ option from the settings.
