Wrong shipping amount

    Hi! ??

    We have a problem with this plugin: although we have entered your account number and the services that interest us, the plugin generates a cost of absolutely incorrect shipment. Specifically, the plugin does not see the entered account number, use a shipping service that we have selected and shows an incorrect object weight (16KG instead of 3KG we properly set in Woo Commerce).

    I have both the DHL Response and the DHL Request: can you tell me where I can send them to you in order to see, together, what is the problem? Logically I can not write them here because they contain personal data! Wishing I could also send you the plugin configuration, so as to groped to understand where is the mistake!

    ATTENTION: I have noticed, by DHL Response, which is not seen the account number, and I think this is the problem of incorrect shipping prices!

    Hi Doppiar.

    It seems you have selected ‘List Rate’ in ‘Request Type’ options on plugin settings page. The account number will reflect on request only if it is ‘Account Rate’.

    You can paste the request and response here by removing account details from the request.

    Also, we request you to give the screenshot of plugin settings page. So that we can analyse the issue in a better way.
