Wrong Seo description on google search

    Hello,
    For some products on google search I get wrong products descriptions, not the ones i specified in the Yoast Tab.

    How can I prioritize the Yoast Description to appear and not the data that google takes automaticaly from product page (like only price or long description)

    Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. If the meta description you have entered in the Yoast SEO is what’s shown in the page source, then the issue is not due to our plugin or your page’s settings.

    Google decides what your meta description says. While Google typically uses the meta description from the metadata for indexing, this is not always the case. The meta description you enter in our snippet preview are suggestions for Google. Google’s goal is to represent best and describe each result. Their algorithm has concluded that there is a better version to index. We have additional information on this topic: Google shows the wrong meta description for my site.

    Due to this being handled on Google’s end, there is little you can do to force Google to display your preferred meta description.
