Wrong Scores for Articles

Here is my problem:As you can see in this image:

It is in the first paragraph.
2- The keyword density is 0%, which is a bit low; the focus keyword was found 0 times.
The keyword repeated at least 5 times in the post.
3- The focus keyword does not appear in the URL for this page.
It is in the URL.
The results are completely wrong since I update to 3 up to 3.0.3. Maybe it has problem with Persian language?
