Wrong review count when WooDiscuz is active

Hello,

I am running a WooCommerce shop with a Storefront theme and noticed that when WooDiscuz is active the answers to user reviews (under tab reviews) are also counted as a separate reviews which might leave the wrong impression of more reviews available as they actually are and probably also biases the calculation of the average review rating. Here a screenshot for better understanding.
After deactivation of WooDiscuz the review counter behaves as expected again.

Does someone knows how to handle this?
