The refund percentage is wrong.
If I understand you correctly, you’re concerned about the negative number (-59%) instead of it displaying as (59%). Is that correct?
For clarity, refunds in WooCommerce Analytics are reported differently than in the legacy?WooCommerce Reports. Thus, the negative number in the report. You can learn more here.
