Wrong rates

    Hello, we’re receiving rates that are way too high.

    Take a look at these request/responses:

    With a 1.02 KG packet sent from Italy to Italy, we get a minimum of 38.91 EUR.
    We had a customer that paid € 429,52 for a 12 KG shipping to Germany.

    The API status is OK, everything seems to be ok… what could it be?
