Wrong QR codes are generated automatically

We’ve experienced a strange behaviour using this plugin.

If we update a product without generating a QR code, the plugin generates a new QR code automatically linking to the homepage url with the following query string ?qr-add-to-cart=[product_id]&is-from-qr=1.

The same happens if we delete a generated QR code and save the product.

We expected QR codes were not generated unless we click ‘Generate QR’ or at least it generates correct QR codes.
