Hi @renan_santos,
Thanks for the post. It sounds like you’ve been testing quite a lot with the plugin and have noticed some unexpected behavior regarding pending and canceled orders syncing back to the connected MailChimp list as though they had been completed. I ran some tests on my end and I believe that I’m seeing the same thing. I apologize for any frustration this has caused and want to thank you for passing all of this information along and alerting us to this. In order to ensure that this is taken care of on our end as well as on the MailChimp side of things do you mind reaching out to the MailChimp support team including a link to this post as well as a specific example workflow, email address(es) where this happened, and screenshots of those specific orders in WooCommerce showing their pending and canceled statuses? That would allow their support team to verify that this is all happening on their end and pass along the specifics to allow their developers to take a look as well. If you could also share with MailChimp support some specific email address examples and spent totals to hi-light the way segmenting by “total spent” is currently not working as intended that would be helpful as well. That being said, while we do not expect product categories to sync at this time we are tracking feedback and requests referencing this and are looking into adding that capability sometime in the future. Additionally, the feedback relating to sorting the list by revenue would be a MailChimp specific piece of feedback – I’m sure that their support team would like to know more about how that would help your workflow be more efficient and practical.
Thanks again! I will do my best to update this thread as I am able.
