wrong product price showing after discount

We are using Woo Discount Rules plugin for applying a discount of 10% when cart value is above 3000.When using this plugin, when cart value is below 3000 also the discount price is displaying. It is working properly when we increase quantity of product but after reaching the cart value above 3000, then if we decrease the quantity,even the cart value is below 3000 the discount is getting applied to product.can you please help to correct it.
