Wrong product count in PayPal

    Hello,

    we set up the Woocommerce shop for dog food using Paypal Express Checkout and having an issue with the correct product count visible in PayPal. E.g. when we buy 2 products of type xyz it shows correctly on the Woocommerce Checkout page. But when we proceed to Paypal the total sum is correct however it shows “1 x product xyz x 2” as description. How can we change this behaviour?

    Hi @georgdem,

    The plugin is passing the quantity value to PayPal correctly and it is then displayed on PayPal end. We checked your site and we could see that while in German PayPal landing page it is displaying incorrectly if you change language and country to say “United States” it displays correctly.

    Unfortunately, Paypal controls the behavior of the page and as such we cannot helo you out with that. Please try contacting PayPal support team and inform them of the issue in the German landing page.
