Wrong Product count after Woocommerce update

I realized that the product count displayed on the main shop page is wrong.
It says there are 1398 products, but I have in total 2443 products as you can see in the attached screenshot.

I already tried to run “Recount terms” and “Clear transients”, but the problem is still there.

How can I solve the problem?
