    Hello,

    I’ve been dealing with this problem for some time now and none of the common debugs and fixes are working. I’ve tried disabling all plugins except for Woocommerce. Switched to StoreFront theme thinking it was the theme I was using and nothing works. I reached out the guys at ThemeComplete since I’m using the “TM Extra Product Options” plugin. They came to the conclusion that there’s an error in my Woocoomerce and has nothing to do with their plugin.

    I tried reading other threads and wasn’t able to find anything similar.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi @jpdacostas,

    I understand that you have disabled all plugins with the theme.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce also disabled the TM Extra Product Options plugin
    • Now create a new product and add the price and see if you seeing the same issue

    Also could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hey Amir,

    So I figured it out. It was the Advanced Custom Field plugins. I made a custom field named “price” for custom pricing and it seems that it was in conflict with the main price.

    All resolved.
