I see the problem in your screenshot. Kindly note that this isn’t the default WooCommerce behavior. This might be happening because of an installed plugin or theme.

As you are able to replicate the problem yourself, please perform a complete conflict test on your site to find the problematic plugin/theme. Here are the steps: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Once you find the problem, you can contact its developer to get the problem sorted.

However, if this doesn’t help, share your current System Status Report with us. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Sorry for misunderstanding you earlier. As you are not able to replicate the problem; we do not have any idea what might be causing it.

So, this needs further troubleshooting. Please answer the following questions:

1. Did this happen to just one client or more than one?
2. If it happened multiple times, is there any common thing between these orders like any particular product?

Also, I noticed you have template modifications in your SSR report. These modifications can be causing issues too. If this problem happens often, will it be possible for you to switch to the default theme like “Storefront” for some time and see if the issue reoccurs?
