    Hi,

I am choosing to generate the feed with regular price option selected but when in feed prices shown are 100 times of price stored, product price is in format 200.00 and so. But, it’s not considering decimal I guess. Also, I want to add product amount too but unable to find any way to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Gaurav

    Hello Gaurav,

    Two questions about the price:

    1) If you open the WooCommerce -> Settings page, what are the currency options you have set?
    2) Could you give me an example of how the price is stored in the Regular Price field of a product? (eg. 12,00 or 12.00)

As for the product amount; how do you store the product amount in your products data? Are you using a third party plugin for that or an attribute?

    Best regards,
    Michel

    hi Michael,

These are the currency settings currently employed:-
    Currency: United States dollar
    Position: left
    Thousand separator: ‘,’
    Decimal separator: NA
    Number of decimals: 2

and thanks for the tip, I have changed decimal separator to ‘.’ and it’s showing the correct price in feed now.I hope that’s way to solve this issue.

    okay, coming to amount issue:
we storing amount in attribute, please refer here and price appear in metadata as this

I want to send price and corresponding amount if possible or minimum price with the corresponding amount would also work for me.

    Thanks,
    Gaurav

I’m pretty sure the missing decimal separator was the issue.

As for the amount issue. Attributes should show up in the source field selector, but sometimes the start with a pa_ so could you check if you have something like pa_Item-Amount in the source field selector? If so, please check if that selection gives you the correct amount.

    Best regards,
    Michel

Thanks for confirming the price issue’s solution Michael.
I know which selector to use for getting the item amount but how to add an item-amount field into feed, as plugin provides limited fields. I have tried Add optional Output option but can’t find fields related to item-amount in there.

But all the input fields that Google allows in an xml should be in the list. You can find all the possible input fields here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en

If you miss one of these fields let me know and I will add it to our list.

Is that what you’re looking for?

    hi Michael,

I just checked the list and unfortunately, Google doesn’t have a predefined input field for the amount. So, I will manage without that.

    Thank you for helping.

    Hi Michel,

All the data is listed in the feed and all products got accepted by Google Merchant. Thanks for maintaining the plugin so nicely.

    Have a good day!

    Best Regards,
    Gaurav
