• When Dokan wholesale premium module enabled, the wholesale price is getting changed abnormally when Multicurrency plugin enabled. If you add the minimum orders to add to the cart, you will see the price in the cart shows the normal prices – not the set wholesale price. Please note that to purchase products at wholesale prices, users need to become wholesale customers; I am happy to share the site credentials if anyone from your team could help to look into this issue.

    Hello @isamyoung,

There is no way to share credentials, and it is also not allowed to do it on public WordPress forums. However, you can add your Dokan wholesale premium plugin and try to replicate it on this Sandbox website.

At this moment, we haven’t received similar reports, so it could be an incompatibility with your plugin, and we would need to investigate it.

    Regards

    Hi Andres,

Thanks for your response. The Sandbox website is not accessible. I don’t think I can replicate the issue on your site myself; Doakn premium modules cannot be used for other sites. I have also found that the currency label was wrong when a Chinese customer making payment through Alipay using a Chinese currency, which is different from our default site currency. I have been informed from Dokan support that your WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin is currently incompatible with Dokan, and it conflicts with the way Dokan functions. I appreciate if you could communicate with Dokan directly and find a way to get these issues fixed. Thank you!

    Hello @isamyoung,

Indeed, the sandboxes expire after 1 week of inactivity. I just recreated a new site with WCML and WooCommerce pre-installed.

Regarding the compatibility with Dokan, currently we don’t have any reports between WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin and Dokan, and our premium plugin, WPML, it should be compatible.

At this point, it would be really helpful if you try to replicate your problem. In that way, we could investigate it.

    Regards
