Wrong price calculation

    I’m testing the free version which seems good to mle because it’s WPML compliant for my 5 languages website.

    I try to setup a qty based discount for some categories. If a client buys 4 products in these categories he gets 15% on these products.

    So first I’ve setup my product list “METAL FR” with the relevant cetegories and translated it with WPML (METAL EN, METAL ES etc…).

    Then I’ve setup my rule with the folloiwing settings:

    – Rule: if number of items in the cart >= 4
    – Action: % of product price
    – Percentage: 15
    – List: METAL FR

    and also translated the rule with WPML.

    First remark, the rule becomes active (green bullet) only if I leave stant date and end date blank. I’ve tried with start: 01/08/2020 00:00 and end 01/09/2020 00:00 or start blank and end on 01/09 and the rule becomes inactive.

    Then with the above settings I try an order and for products with regular price 25 € I get 11,09 € which if far higher than 15%.

    Can you help ? I would really need a WPML compliant discount plugin but need to fix this issue…

    Hello,

    1- Regarding the dates, the proper format is YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM. Can you try that?
    2- Are you sure this is the only discount applied to the products? If you setup multiple discounts that can be applied, they will all apply…

    Hi and thanks for your answer.

    Correcting the date format solves the activation problem. OK.

    But I don’t have any other discount ongoing. I have deactivated all the other discount plugins I was testing, my products are not on sale, I’ve setup only one discount with your plugin and when I deactivate ORION, no discount is applied at all… I have some coupons but they need to be manually applied so I don’t think they could interfere…

    Can you provide a screenshot of the discount you’ve setup and the steps to reproduce the issue with a product so I can try from my end.

    Hi,

    The discount is setup for all the metal categories (excluding the wooden products) so you can connect to https://wordpress.coklat-ibiza.com/en/product-category/collections/the-timeless/ for example and add any combination of products (4 items of the same product or 4 different products) and check the cart in the english version.

    When I look at the category page for the link I gave you above I see a 56% discount for all products when I’ve setup 15% !

    I’ve been here https://wordpress.coklat-ibiza.com/en/product/angel/ and yet don’t see any 56% discount.

    Nous pouvons parler fran?ais si vous préférez.

    Bonjour,

    C’est curieux parce que le macaron 56% et le prix barré (comme ici https://wordpress.coklat-ibiza.com/images/product_page.jpg) n’apparaissaient dans les pages produits et dans les pages catégories que si le panier n’était pas vide. J’ai réussi à corriger ?a en mettant l’option “Désactiver sur les pages produits et catégories” à “Yes” et maintenant c’est bon la réduction n’est plus affichés dans les pages produits.

    Je vous joins un screenshot des réglages de la promotion (avec toujours l’option à “No” mais maintenant je l’ai mise à “Yes” dans toutes les langues) ici: https://wordpress.coklat-ibiza.com/images/settings_reduction.jpg

    Faites un test dans le panier avec 4 articles métal, les produits à 25 € sont toujours à 11,09 € soit une remise de 55,64 %…

    Bon en désactivant toutes mes extensions j’ai fini par trouver le coupable. Mais il s’agit de… WPML… Quand je désactive WPML le calcul est juste et 25 € deviennent bien 21,25 €. C’est dommage pour une extension que j’avais choisie justement pour sa compatibilité avec WPML…

    Il faudrait qu’on puisse déterminer pourquoi ce souci avec WPML afin de le corriger..

    La seule solution serait de me connecter à votre site afin de déboguer mais cela est interdit par les règles du forum WordPress…

    Je ne comprends pas il m’est souvent arrivé de donner mes identifiants de connexion à des éditeurs de plugins pour régler des problèmes… Dois-je vous donner mes identifiants par un autre canal ? Vous avez mon adresse email en pied de page de mon site…
