Hello, when a price is set for an option in a variable product, the calculated total price of the product is LOWER than without the option. Just a random price emerges in cart, checkout and emails.

This happens with currencies other than the base currency. The currencies are set with “WooCommerce Currency Switcher” by realmag777, without any caching.

The calculations are exactly the same as with “WooCommerce Product Custom Options Lite” by phoeniixx.

    What is causing this?

    Cheers … Thomas

    Hi @kitelab

Can you send a video or screenshots of the problem exactly?

Hi again, I don’t think that a screenshot is necessary here. I mean, you should check with realmag777 (we have the paied version installed) and aelia, since these are the most widely used currency plugins on wordpress.

Additinally, when we add a price to an apf field, eg 5.00 usd, it will be also 5 €. Probably it’s just a digit, not a real money amount.

It’s a similar thing like the untranslatable fields.

    Thanks … Thomas

I’m closing this topic as today we don’t support WOOCS by realmag777 yet. We’re looking at implementing this as we speak.
