Wrong Post Title in Comments

I’m having trouble with the post title / trackback url on my post comments. On all posts, the trackback address points to the same older post. I tried deleting the post that the trackbacks pointed to, but it didn’t work. Anyone have any ideas? I think I just need to play with the theme a little bit, but I don’t know where it went wrong. Thanks in advance!
