Wrong post time

After entering the post, information appears that the post was added 2 hours earlier. The time zone is set correctly (Warsaw), the time is currently 1:18 p.m. (summer time) and if I entered a new post on the forum, the information “2 hours ago” would appear and after entering the topic the post time would be 11:18 am. There is no option anywhere to control this. This is a bug in the code that controls the entire forum
