    Hello,

    I’m building a site with Woocommerce Subscriptions to accept donations for a charity. Sorry for not linking, it’s not published. I’m using the Synchronized Renewals feature to allow customers to choose their recurring donation date.

    When using synchronized renewals without prorates, in the order-confirmation page and confirmation email, it incorrectly displays the value of the order as $0. It’s correct that the charge on the date the order is made might be $0, but it’s misleading to the customer since they have subscribed to a subscription of $x later on.

    Does anybody have a workaround to this?

    This issue is with Woocommerce core, not the Subscriptions plugin, which is working correctly. Woocommerce itself is displaying the wrong order price, as the payment is scheduled for later.

    As informed in the last reply, this question is related to the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.
    This is an expected behaviour and it is explained in this documentation.

    If you have more questions, I suggest you open a ticket with WooCommerce Subscriptions via your Woo.com account.
