Wrong page links after re-install
-
I have two domains –
louiseingram.ca and fireseed.caMy new wordpress install is at https://www.fireseed.ca/wp
My old wordpress install frontpage was at fireseed.ca
I re-installed after my hosting co had big server problems last week.I also had installed a ‘test’ wordpress on louiseingram.ca so that I could play around with a cms theme.
When I did my new install each time I tried to import my db data I got an error message when it reached the ‘options’ section, so I decided to try and use my old database that was still up there.
I thought everything was working fine but I just realised when I click on links for sub pages they are trying to resolve to louiseingram.ca
I tried creating a new sub page and it too resolved to louiseingram.ca – which I understand to mean there’s a db problem somewhere.
I am totally confused and don’t know where to go to change that url so that the pages resolve to the correct ones at fireseed.ca
You can see the links to offending sub pages here –
https://fireseed.ca/wp/?page_id=60any help would be welcome – even if I have to start from scratch, I just don’t want to loose all my posts and comments.
Thank you!! ;o)
