wrong page analysis

Hey Guys,
since a few weeks i have a problem in the “page analysis” tab.
there are in all articles 2 alerts:
1. The keyword doesn’t appear in the first paragraph of the copy, make sure the topic is clear immediately.
2. The keyword density is 0%, which is a bit low, the keyword was found 0 times.But:
1. I use the Keyword in the first paragraph
2. I use the Keyword definitively more then 0 times.
The Counter in the “general” tab is correct but this alert is a bit confusing.any idea
