Wrong Package Calculation and Prices sent to TCG Dashboard

  • Hi, we are in the final stages of our online store and the only thing not working is TCG plugin.

    The packaging is calculated incorrectly. It always uses a flyer and never a medium or large parcel This in turn results in weird pricing being calculated.

    The woocommerce order shows LOX – TCG dashboard shows LOF. The same order that goes to Durban goes via ECO but Locally goes as LOF but at 3 times the price.

    Maybe I am doing something wrong but I need support.
