• I’m trying to generate retina-images with your plugin for all images already in the media library. unfortunately I cannot get the plugin to recognize the correct size of my original image uploads.

I disabled all sizes that I don’t need and the biggest enabled format is 700x526px.

All original images that have been uploaded at exactly double size (1400x1052px) are not available for generating retina images and it just shows the exclamation icon with “< 1400×1052” underneath, which is exactly the size that’s been uploaded and is also stated as the correct size in the wp media library. Am I missing something here or could it be a bug?

The problem only exists on already uploaded images. Images which are newly uploaded and automatically generated work well.

    thanks

Sorry for the late reply, I understand the issue very well and I will correct it in the next version of the plugin. Do you mind waiting around one month? I will package a new version with many little corrections such as this one. Thanks a lot for finding this ??

Thanks for your answer, lookin forward to the next version of your plugin and will leave the already existing images on the server non-retina til then.
    cheers
