Wrong order total amount for some orders

  • Hi again,

    I seem to be getting a wrong order total amount for some order numbers but most are correct. These are not orders in different currencies. How is the order total amount calculated or where is it being pulled from?

    Were these orders partially refunded ?
    you can add field “Order total (-refund)” to export.

    Thanks for your swift reply. The orders are not partially refunded. The order total amount is what the customer paid in total right (plus shipping and minus discounts or refunds)?

    Yes,you should get same amount as in column “Total” at the page >Woocommerce>Orders.

    Could you upload your settings to helpdesk as .txt file?
    Use tab Tools to get them.
