I understand that, after updating WooCommerce to its latest version, the order dates are incorrect.
Was this a once-off issue, or one that is occurring regularly/for all orders since updating WooCommerce?
Firstly, can you navigate to Settings → General, and make sure that the Timezone
is set correctly to match your local timezone.
If that looks good, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
- Screenshot(s): Please share a clear screenshot of the Order note for any order that exhibited this behavior by navigating to WooCommerce → Orders and selecting the order in question.
If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
Once you have this, please share the results in your response here.
