• In WordPress 5.6, an up-to-date theme or plugin (although I updated it) needs an update. For example, if the theme is in version 3.5, a notification appears that the theme should be upgraded to version 3.5. When I update it, the same notification repeats. I have the same problem with all my wordpress sites. I think this is due to wordpress 5.6 version.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
