This plug in is named “Resize Image After Upload”. I expect it to resize images even after their uploaded.

But it only applies to images uploaded after the plug in is installed. It may very well resize “after upload”, but it’s function is limited to those not yet uploaded.

I suppose it works, but not for resizing images after they’ve been uploaded.

  • Was it really necessary to give the plugin a 2-star review for doing exactly what it states it does? This plugin if offered for free, so to go and do this is quite frankly personally offending. Great way to support a sole developer providing something clean and simple back to the community just because you interpreted the wording of the plugin name incorrectly.

Going off your title of it being the “wrong name for a plugin” – you may want to get in touch with Automattic about their “Jetpack” plugin – I believe it may be misleading too.

You’re either willfully blind or the notification was added in response to you, bud, because it clearly states this does not resize old images.

I clearly have no regards to people who can be disrespectful. I have always said no plugin is ever worth below 3-stars. The fact it was created to solve a problem, whether buggy, bad or not, is an automatic for 3-stars. Then rate upwards, if need be..

Next time you rate a plugin, read what it does, unless you do not understand simple english.
