wrong name displayed in buddyboss messages

    1. Wrong name displayed in buddyboss messages when active “Display Verified Badge in Private Messages”
    Please help me !

  • I have the same issue in buddyboss it displays the verified badge as belo

    NAME OF VERIFIED USER <span class="bp-verified-badge"></span>

    Please help me out here.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Please be aware that we use Javascript to display the verified badge at this place. We think this issue might be related to an optimisation plugin. Can you please deactivate any caching plugin you might have to see if this issue still persists?

    My sites also run with Buddyboss and I have the same problem as the other users DESPITE I have disabled the cache manager plugin.
