Wrong multilingual URLs listed

We installed it for our webiste and found an issue. Our site is multilingual site using PolyLang, and has several custom post types that use custom URLs.
We found out that in these post types are listed correctly in the original language (English), but not in the others. URLs are listed like this:
- In English: https://www.our-site.org/en/post-type-name/post-name
- Other languages: https://www.our-site.org/ca/post-name/post-name
It is strange that these unwanted URLs apparently redirect to the correct URLs. So:
- This URL: https://www.our-site.org/ca/post-name/post-name
- Redirects to: https://www.our-site.org/ca/post-type-name/post-name
Just regenerated the permalinks again, to be sure. And the issue is still there.

Sorry, we have never claimed compatibility with Polylang; localization plugins all work differently and don’t attempt to be compatible with sitemap generators. Instead, they force the reverse as a result. There is not some deliberate intention to cause an issue, instead we have focused on supporting other reported issues. We have no idea how many users of ours use Polylang as there are not many reported issues.
If you would email us the results of the debug tool, that would be helpful for us to investigate.
