Wrong merchant email address

    i get a error on checkout process. Wrong merchant email address. What does this mean? My email is correct!!

    We haven’t seen that error before. It might be possible that your Skrill account is not a merchant account. As indicated in the requirements list this plugin requires a Skrill merchant account, it might not work with a personal account.

    I would suggest to contact Skrill to verify the account settings. If you don’t have a merchant account, they should be able to help you creating one.
