Wrong link when klick on Kategorie

    Hello Support team,

    I build a produkt website for my customers. so I made a shortcut for categories on my side, but everytime when I klick the categorie button, it links me to the starting page, not to the produkts. What am I doin wrong? I can′t find the page /product-category.

    Hello @eddwood1,

    Do you have the [show_product_catalog] shortcode placed on your main catalog page or are you using a different integration method? Which one?

    no, at the moment not on the main catalog page. And I use the shortcode [show_categories include=”21″]
    Thats the shortcode, what is shown behind the category in the backend.

    Do you mean the layout mode? it is simple mode.

    The simple mode doesn’t have category pages. You should switch to a different one to enable them.

    OK, the link works now. But then the produkt is witout a picture.

    just a big orange box with the text below. When I klick the produkt direktly, it is normal.

    So which integration method did you enable now? It looks like you have enabled the theme mode. In this mode it is displayed with your theme templates for custom post types, not with the plugin templates.

    If you want the categories to be displayed with the plugin templates you have to use [show_product_catalog] shortcode or the advanced mode.

    :)) Yes it was the theme Mode. So I try the advanced mode.

    Is it possible that members can set comments under the product? I sell them not for real money, I sell them for rings (staff grativication) So sometimes I need to know, who is the first one.

    Yes you will find the free reviews extension in the catalog extensions menu.

    how can I get a reminder, when someone left a message in the review? Like an email or so?
