Wrong link shows up, if you google my website

I have a problem! My Site https://www.markus-zierhofer.com is working well and I reduced it from originally 2 languages (German/English) to only one, English (deleted the German subjects, pots etc.). But now, google shows of a bad link- https://www.google.com.au/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=0wfVU4WGLO_C8ge8qoD4CA#q=Markus+Zierhofer- , it’s a deleted German one and it turns very ugly, if you click anywhere on the website. Because this is important for me, I really need to remove that https://www.markus-zierhofer.com/?/lang=de – thing off the google search… Has anybody an Idea? I really appreciate any suggestions!
