Wrong language links redirections

Hi
I have a JS uspport plugin installed. And polylnag.

when u go to one icon in Arabic, and click on it (when u visit the home page now i cant share the website link here but IT IS on the img. so i can easily delete it when i am done)
and click on one icon, it takes u to the English side of the website, which shouldnt happen. I asked the plugin support they said thats polylang not theri side. Would you please advice?
