Wrong language is shown in google results when searching on full company name

Hello,

I have a question about my homepage in the google search results.

The name of our company is Molco Car Parts. We are a dutch company and our main focus is on customers in the Netherlands.
We got a problem that when people search on our full company name, (Molco Car Parts) which is English, google shows the english page first because Molco “Car Parts” is english for the products we sell.

You say that the hreflang is added automaticly and that this makes that google can see what country someone is from, but why does the english page still pop up first when someone in the netherlands is searching for Molco Car Parts? We want that google shows the Dutch page for customers from the Netherlands and Belgium when they search Molco Car Parts in google.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
