Wrong language file loaded

Since the 2.5 update, the translation files for Norwegian (nb_NO) are missing some translation to be complete (96% translated), but that is not a problem since I use LocoTranslator to translate any missing strings in front-end on the website, and I suspect the language files will be updated to 100% in a relatively short amount of time.
The problem is rather that Woocommerce loads the old language files from before 2.5, and additionally overwrites the .PO and .MO edited file from LocoTranslate meaning that any strings I’ve translated are gone within a matter of hours.
For now, I’ve deactivated any automatic updates of the language files so the language files won’t be overwritten again, but shouldn’t Woocommerce rather load the 96% translated file for 2.5, rather than the 100% translated file from 2.4?
