    Hello Support,

I am using latest version of woocommerce. My Website Using Cloudflare and Web Server: Apache with nginx proxy enabled. I am getting wrong ip in order detail. Without Cloudflare I get real ip. Is it possible to add some code within woocommerce, wp-config.php or .htaccess to get exact customer ip on order.

I have activity log plugin enable that log correct ip on login. Please Provide me a suggestion to get real ip within the wordpress.

    Thanks

    Hello Gaurav Ghosh,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that you’re working with an Nginx proxy setup and you are seeking a way to correctly capture the real IP address of customers on orders within WooCommerce, especially when not using Cloudflare.

If you’re interested in having enhanced support for Nginx proxy in future versions, you can certainly submit a feature request. Our development team welcomes suggestions from the community, and your input as a developer would be particularly valuable. You can submit your feature request at the following link: https://woo.com/feature-requests/woocommerce/.

We’re always looking to improve our products and appreciate the feedback from developers like yourself. Your active participation in the community and willingness to contribute helps us grow and tailor WooCommerce to meet the needs of all users!

    I am here to help!

    Best regards.
