Wrong IP address detected

    I’m working on a site which allows only visitors from a certain (static) IP address. Your plugin has done this job beautifully for a long time but we’re now having an issue of visitors from the set IP no longer being able to access the site without hitting the password input page.

    When they log in as admin and check the “Your IP is address …” text in the Allow IP Addresses section of the plugin settings, it shows a different IP address than what they are actually on. They have double checked their IP address using online IP checkers and they all agree that the IP address IS correctly set, but the “Your IP is address … ” text is showing the wrong IP.

    So it seems they can’t access the site because the plugin is detecting an incorrect IP address, but what could be causing that?
