Wrong Invoice number + increases by 2 not 1

    Hello Karolina,
    This can happen if your host has a special configuration for the database that only allows for even numbers. Could you try if enabling the setting ‘Calculate document numbers (slow)’ in the Status tab resolves the issue?

    hm, weird. How I can check it in DB if this is the situation? I will try to enable the “Calculate document numbers (slow)”.

    Hi! This is a DB setting called auto_increment_increment. However, this is not something you should just change – when a host has set this setting it’s usually for a reason and setting it to 1 may break everything.

    Let me know if the setting fixes the issue though!
