Great plugin easy to use

  • We are using zakeke since 2 month. The tool is great and working really well. Zakeke is probably the best to build quickly an eshop with a customizer. The support team is here to help and quick to answer.

    We’re sorry for this review. Zakeke offers you a tool to place test orders for which you pay no fee and you can place unlimited test orders. Even though your test orders were placed as real orders (and there is no way for Zakeke to know it…) we offered you a refund for the invoice and you have never replied to us ??

    Thanks for your answer, sorry for late reply, I was in Holiday. Our first invoice was indeed extremely high because of test order : 800€ of fee out of 8000€ of sales. That’s 10% charge. We will continue to talk by email, i’m sure we will find a solution.
